Default Helped my friend Alex pick up this nice 1935 DeLuxe Tudor on Saturday

This past Saturday I hauled this nice 1935 Ford DeLuxe Tudor home for my friend Alex. Alex is 26, a fordbarner and newly minted Early Ford V8 Club member and now the proud owner of this tudor. It was a long day, 1000 miles round trip in one day to Council Bluffs Iowa and back, but we were pretty excited about the purchase. We pulled out of our home town at 3:45 am and arrived back at 9:30 pm. Congratulations to Alex. I now have a touring partner in my home town!

Hi Everyone. Wow! Way to go Alex. We're so happy for you. We'd been hearing bits and pieces of the plot to go get this honey and I'm sure you both feel great having it back in Nashville.

Seth your tow rig looks extremely nice.

I'm envious of both of you guys!

Alex, any chance the gas gauge works? This car looks like it was done by someone with knowledge.

Alex and Seth were great partners to hang with at the Chantilly meet this past June.

Jeff the only gauge that does not work is the gas gauge. However, I am pleased to let you know that the radio does work! According to some information Alex got with the car a man in St. Louis Missouri owned the car at one time in the past 30 years. There is an EFV8 Club decal in the windshield so some previous owner was a club member.

Excellent. Does JM1935 know about this? He might be jealous?

In fact he does. He was involved in the consulting phase of the purchase. We hope to see you all in Dearborn with the car.

Take it to the Newport Hill Climb This weekend. Sept 30 to Oct 1
Saturday and Sunday are the best. Newport Indiana. Look it up on Face book or the internet, Go even if you cant bring a car. Look for the Green 40 Tudor.

Yeah, I've been following this one closely and rooting for Alex to get this one. I am a little envious that his '35 tudor has two taillights and my fordor only has one!!! LOL . Welcome to the '35 Ford owners club Alex and also to the Early Ford V-8 Club of America!!
