This picture turned up in my travels on the net. Appears to be a 38 Ford deluxe boat tail speedster. A custom build I'd guess and quite a novelty as I have never seen one before.

Wow! That took some real talent and imagination to put that together and come out as spectacular as it did. Hope it still survives somewhere.

I'm going out on a limb and saying it looks a lot better from the rear and side than the front quarter view in the first post. Neat car.
