Question Engine conversion inline 6 to flathead v8

I am converting my 1953 Customline with an inline 6 to a 1951 v8 flathead. I am in the process of building the flathead before I pull the 6 out. I am going to keep the 3 speed manual trans. that is in the car. Can the existing bell housing , clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel that are mounted to the inline 6 be used with the flathead V8? if not does anybody have the specifics on the replacements needed?
