Default Truck stall when coming to a stop

I know this has been covered a lot but it has me baffled. Truck has been doing fine no problem nice idle and never died when braking to a stop.

Lately it was doing it once in awhile now it does it every time! Even with clutch in braking to a stop sign and she just drops off. Idle mixture I have adjusted several time and no change. So why now? Is the float sticking?

Made no changes internally to the Zenith

Thanks

Possibly sticking but check it for sinking. Matter of fact, just check the setting from the beginning. Remove the needle and blow out the passage. Always a possibility of debris causing a sealing issue.

Go through and clean out the carb. After that clean out the sediment bowl and when doing so check for water in the bottom of the bowl. None of the gaskets have deteriorated have they? Dave

Tighten your carb connection to the manifold. If not there, somewhere you have a leak in the intake system.

It's quite common for Zeniths to stall, on a QUICK, HARD stop! That's why Henry redesigned the Float Chamber!
