Most people end up drilling them out. Try doing a search, lots of diff methods.

I once drilled a short depth (just enough for an "easy-out" tap) into the top of a hinge pin. I used penetrating oil as I drilled with the tap ( reverse spin) and pushed downward. The old hinge began to twist and break up the corrosion. I then used a hammer and punch to finish the job. The hinge and bracket of the car were then drilled to resize the diameter.

Try something easier if you can, I wanted to save the old hinge and bracket without using new parts.

I heated mine with a torch, that loosened a couple. The rest I had to drill out.
