Default Bill Hirsch passes

Bill Hirsch, founder of Hirsch Automotive passed away on October 23 at age 90. I always thought he offered great products. He will be missed.

I first met him in 1991 at his big white tent at Hershey in the White field. (which used to be the runway for Milton Hershey's plane). Last couple of times I was at Hershey the "white field was parking and Bill had moved to one of the other areas by the Stadium I think. As more of these old pillars of the hobby (like Dick Spadaro) pass, I fear they will not be replaced.

I remember his ads in Hemmings from the 80's when I was doing a 39 Buick.

Does anyone know if there is someone who will take over his business?

Bill was an icon in the hobby and will be missed. Passing at 90 sounds like he had a great life.

Sad to hear the news. Made several purchases from him
over the years. He had great products.
