Default Help identifying seat frame

Do any of you recognize this seat frame and springs? The fellow I got them from thought they were from a delivery. The passenger seat shown does have a provision to tilt forward and the other seat is adjustable.

Take care of the sheet of plywood the seats are on. With the price of lumber today its worth big bucks.

They look real close to a pair I had from a '35 tudor.
