Default Oil for 68 Ford manual 3 spd

I have a 50 coupe with a '77 302 and what I believe to be a '68 Galaxy 3 spd manual. I have conflicting info as to the correct oil. Can some one please set me straight on this issue? Thank you!!

Thank you.............does GL4 or 5 matter. I know the earlier ones need the 4 as not to eat up the brass synchroes.

GL4 for sure. GL5 has no bronze/ brass protection in it. I got mine at Summit, Brad Penn, 75-90 weight or something close. I looked all over locally, Napa, Advance, AZ. Nobody had it.

Thank you all for your advice. The tranny has GL4/5 in it now. I will find some GL4 and get it changed right away. Pretty easy job in comparison to most of the other jobs on these wonderful old cars!!
