'31 Tudor Visor, Header Panel

I am in the mock-up fitting stage of the Header panel and Visor and cannot remember if the Visor mounts over or goes under the Header panel, from when I disassembled the car, where it attaches on the A Pillar. Have done a search on here and was unable to find a picture of this area. Any pictures would be appreciated.

Here is a pic of the visor behind the header panel on my car. It is a little hard to see. This way the visor seems to mount better.
