Default New throwout bearing rant and question

First the rant;
I ordered a "Federal-Mogul" made in USA throw-out bearing and receive a "National Bearings" made in Mexico bearing. I paid $30 for a bearing I can buy locally from Oreilly's for $19...

Took it out of the package and can't begin to turn this with my fingers... how stiff should a new bearing be?

I have made in USA throw out bearings for the last 40 years. Just sold 10 at the LARS this last weekend. $24.00 plus $8.00 postage
