Hi Guys looking for a few suggestions. My truck will start fine when cold runs for approximately 8 minutes each time shuts off and refuses to start again. At that time I have no spark but do have gas. If i let sit till the next day it will again start right up.....Thanks ahead of time for your help

Would be worth checking continuity of all ignition wiring and also checking to ensure there is voltage to the coil during the no-start condition. Many more coils are replaced than are defective.

Replace the condenser first and see if that helps. Cheap and easy. Replace the coil second if that doesn't help. Only do one at a time that way you know what fixed it if it does.

Thanks for your suggestions I did pullthe coil wire when it quit and no spark to the coil wire. Today I will replace the condenser and see what happens again thanks for your replies.

Thought I'd give you an update. It's not the condenser. I believe its the ignition cable once I started moving it around I again had spark when it quit again I wiggled actually screwed the cable out some more and again had spark. I will pro ally replace the ignition cable..
