Default A hole in my floorboard???

I am considering installing an OD tranny in my '50 club coupe. I have been offered a rebuilt one for $700. After doing a little research, it looks like I may have to drill a hole in my floorboard for a kickdown switch below my accelerator pedal among other things. Is this right?

You placed your question in a section intended for questions to the editors about the site. Leave it here (it wastes time and money to try and move/remove it) but you need to place it here: https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=4

Welcome.
