Default independent front suspension

Someone somewhere has a bolt in independent front suspension for a 42-48 for car. It requires grinding off and removing the rivets that hold all the current front suspension parts in place. Then using the same holes all the new parts bolt right in place.
Does anyone know the company??

Chassis Engineering which was bought out by Heidts a couple of years ago. I used the CE bolt on in my '38 truck and was very impressed with it. Its got to be very strong as it completely surrounds the frame rails. Speedway has a bolt in clone that looks not as strong to me. The web site doesn't show the bolt in so give them a call.

looked at their catalog which I picked up at the Nationals in Louisville, it states there conversion is 3 inches narrower than the 42-48 Ford. I'm gonna keep looking for the one I have seen that is a direct bolt on to the chassis.

As far as I have seen the CE front end is the only "bolt-in" IFS kit that I have ever found for a '42-'48.

The 3" narrower track may not really be a detriment in the bigger scheme of things.

It is listed on the new (since Heidts) CE web sight.

One of the for the suspensions narrow track width is after lowering the front, it helps to prevent the tires from hitting the fenders when turning
