These pics are from an original sales book featuring the late '31 AA vehicles.

Our late 1930 AA Ford stake bed that we still use on our farm. We have been using it for about 40 years now. We loaned it out once for the movie "Snow Falling on the Cedars."

The pictures are from an auction that I went to back in 2009, they had a bunch of Model A era sales brochures and what not, the rare dealer books and stuff. Some of them had a lot of crayon and pencil drawing on them.

The commercial vehicle book ended up selling for about $400 even with the damage.

What a fun ride this would be, and with steel wheels on steel rails, I'll bet the fuel mileage would be great.

The swallows will soon return to Capistrano, so here's one "for the birds."

the Budweiser Pickup shown in post #181 used to be on display in the Jacksonville, FL airport. did not appear to be roadworthy by a long shot.

this old orchard truck sat next to Hecker Pass in Gilroy for most of my childhood, and was moved around 10 years ago. Once upon a time, orchard trucks like this were scattered all over California.

That truck is a Canadian Model AAC. It has the normal plain/ smooth faced Canadian bumper clamps. Model A's in NZ are also Canadian but RHD. This one is LHD & is fitted with Canadian cab; Ford Canada I believe did not issue the US Model T style cab. Here in NZ most of the big trucks had locally made cabs , usually wooden, lightly made styles. But a few US cabs did come here, one is 4 sale in Auckland at the moment, a '28 AA with wire wheels & early brake system [ there are no Model AR's !]
The photo of the Canadian 'Pepsi truck' a few days ago has this same cab. as above.

The wheels are not after market, but actual Ford of Canada production AAC -1995- R Front and rear wheel spoke and felloe assy. (Artillery wheel) 1929.
The Ford of Canada Service Bulletins show a variety of their own AA Trucks in various applications.
