Howdy wisbangman,

Great looking car. Now I am new to V8's but I thought that a banjo steering wheel, a clock on the glove box and a woodgrain dash finish were features of a Deluxe '39. However, anyway you cut it, that is a fine car.

I really like your car. I like the standard much better than the deluxe. It has much more eye appeal in the front end and hood sides, The color is nice also. You mentioned you had some help in putting the pictures on here, Is their a tutorial that tells you how to do this? I need to learn how to do this myself. Looks as you had good help with the pics.

very nice, we love ours.
I must have gotten cheated, it has one sun visor,no clock, and one tail light, I don't care cause it goes like stink. Still 6 volt with the engine it left Dearborn with.

Is the dash original? Love the woodgrain. It is absolutely gorgeous!

Wisbang, Chuck and Planojc, Those are really great looking cars. Thanks for posting. I love the 39 Standards. I am a big fan of the 1937 to 1939 field--the highlight of Ford's prewar styling.

Wisbang, That's a great looking 39. What color is that, it looks very close to the paint on my 39 std. (1967 Olds/Buick Antique Pewter). Bozeman Dean, my 39 std. didn't have a Banjo wheel, but it did have a clock and radio (in bad shape). I agree with TonyM and others, 37-39 (std.) were very cool looking cars. Paul Selfe.
