Default compressin readings

What is the compressing reading on the model A. I'm losing power on hills, timming is right, would like to take compressing reading, just seemed to loose zip on the hills!! This just started happing on hills. New points, plugs, cap, rotor and dist. body..??

timing may not be as right as you would like to think. In fact, on hills you should be retarding it some.

Take the compression readings and get back to us and we'll go from there

If it just started happening then maybe the rubbing block on the points wore down...new points how long ago?

My temporary worn engine only has 50 pounds compression, but has good power.
