Default 40 ford rear arm rest attach?

How do the rear arm rest attach in a 40 fordor? Upholstery shop wasnt sure. I can see one hole it seems a bolt was attached to but the front isnt lining up. Does anyone have any good interior pics of their car that shows views of troublesome areas in how headliner meets other areas? The front arm rest have a bar that they attach to and I'm wondering if the rear arm rest we bought are missing those.

I'm working on that part of my two-many-door now... just starting to get the old upholstery and padding off of the rear armrest areas. I'll try to get some pictures up in a day or so...
