How do I measure my cam lift?

Used calipers or micrometer, measure from heal to toe, then measure across the core diameter and subtract, that's the lift.

Nick is correct but that way may not work on a high performance cam, put cam in a lathe or v-blocks and measure lift with a dial indicator.
