Default Slight mix up!

Traded rides yesterday with the Ford dealer. Got a 2019 Flex. The sales mgr. handed me a new 2020 Ford Motor Co. calendar showing earlier cars.
The Dec, 2019 page had a nice 1951 fordor, but in description listed it as a l950!!! Someone got he11.

Highly likely given that '51 model job #1 was at least a month earlier in 1950 than December.

Folks know less and less about historic stuff as time goes by. November was the beginning for the next year change in that time frame. It's been September for a long time in the modern era. I see stuff on America in Color (Smithsonian Chanel) where the narrator states the film was made in a specific year and you can plainly see automobiles from several years later. Oh well!

I've always wondered why Ford Motor Co. doesn't do more with all the old Ford clubs, T, A V8, ect/ There is some real brand loyalty there. Newc

Ford is supposed to stop making The FLEX. Keep it as a collectors item.

I think the Taurus is also being dropped.

There is a lot of brand loyalty with us, but maybe there aren’t enough of us to make a Difference? I hear the Flex is a very nice car, but never sold that well.
