Default ID Fuel Pump

I am trying to screw this pump up. Can anyone ID what it's application was? It started when I thougft I could repair the base on a Model B 4cyl pump. It looked identical but the lever was wrong and it turned out the bolt clocking was different. As it sits, It is as built but with the B arm. It is probably 33-36 Ford vintage due to the small top. The porting is like B pump but the tubing size is smaller like a normal V8 pump. It is not a V8 top section. I suspect it was for an inline engine but I don't know enough to figure out if right.
The original short lever is shown next to it.
It is like new condition and if rare, it should be used where it is needed.
Thanks!

No number on the lever but 570 is stamped on the mounting flange.
