SBC's in everything. If you are not going to use the original engine please put in an engine with some class and imagination, don't follow the crowd. Rod

I guess I am not disturbed with a lot of mechanical modifications you see on old iron as long as it is neat and well put together. However, I do have a big pet peeve especially with old cars. It is the all too frequently seen bizarre color and color combinations that only Salvador Dalí could be comfortable with. I cannot help but wonder what some of these people are smoking.

350/350 !!!
While I can appreciate the engineering I don't care for the end product.

Next time you're at a store with a magazine section, check out HOT ROD Deluxe. It's a new following of old period hot rods. Lots of Gassers which I loved since I was little.

I don't necessarily think people are criticizing other's rides so much as just expressing their opinion on what they like or don't like on a classic old car.
If they were saying "that car has poor bodywork" or "that paint wasn't done very well", to me is criticizing.
Saying I like a Ford engine in a Ford car is just an opinion, not a critique.
Just because I think you are entitled to an opinion dosn't mean I agree with it.
If everone liked the same thing Baskin Robbins wouldn't have 33 flavors.

That's your opinion

Actually they started with 21, then grew to 31 (one for each day of the month), and over the years have developed over 1000 flavors.

Yuck 80s-90s steeringwheels, pretty sure there are other wheels (better looking) that meet regulations in my country.
