I had my garage floor professionally finished with epoxy paint about 14 years ago, and it still looks almost new. The biggest enemy I was told is too high of moisture in the slab. They have a meter to check that. Cleans up very easily....oil wipes right up.

well as you well realise it is your garage that makes you look like you are a theatre surgeon. Since you have cleanliness ocb why don't you come and holiday at my place for a while. quite a while.
