There's a Ford V-8 in The Fast and the Furious (1954). No, not that one. This movie was made in 1954 and if you like Jags, Allards, MGs or Porsche this is the movie for you. A 1953 model can be seen briefly in this one.

1953 Ford Station Wagon

Here is the listing for Mischief (1985):

1949 Ford
1951 Mercury Coupe
1951 Mercury Sedan

Lots of old cars in this movie.

I just watched "All The King's Men", the other night. In the first 15 minutes, a 1934 Ford Cabriolet is in it, for about half the time. Later, a 1937 Ford Cabriolet gets wrecked, but they didn't show the wreck, just it racing down the road.

One-armed Spencer Tracy beats the crap out of bully Ernest Borgnine in Bad Day At Black Rock (1955). Only a couple of V-8 Fords at the end but a Mercury Station wagon is in a lot of shots.

1940 (?) Ford Tudor Police Car
1942-1946 (?) Ford Fordor Police Car
1942 Mercury Station Wagon

The two police cars are hard to see clearly for the details.
Maybe someone else can look too.

The Last Picture Show.. Lots of great old fords, there is one scene
where they are driving to another town in a ford
coupe, when you see the front of the car it has
parking lights like a 46 or early 47, when you see
the back of the car, it has the trunk molding of
the late 47 or 48, not sure what happen, maybe
they used 2 differant cars in the same scene

I just "stole" this off the "A" Model Forum. It's a trailer of "PAPER MOON", which shows a 1936 Convertible Sedan along with the "A" Roadster, several "T" Models, etc.

I don't think they wreck the car though. I think it appears that the car is wrecked because of the way they filmed it, edited it and the perspective from which it is viewed. My opinion.

There are some really good shots of this car-- a great rear quartering shot and a good straight on from the front shot. Also a long shot from the side.

1933-1934 Ford Standard (Model Unknown)
1933-1934 Ford Fordor

Could not get a good look at these two cars.

There are a few old Fords in Woody Allen's great film Radio Days (1987):

1934 Ford Deluxe Fordor
1937 Ford Standard Tudor
1946 Ford Station Wagon

There are a lot of old cars in this movie. The 1940s look is great.
They did a great job making it look like the 1940s.

I love 1937 Fords; there are two great looking 37s in Merrily We Live (1938):

1937 Ford Station Wagon
1937 Ford Standard Fordor

There are a couple of nice Dusenbergs in this one too.

Back in post #7, I mentioned a movie, but couldn't remember the name. It was "Rat Race," a take off on Mad Mad Mad Mad World, but not as good (or memorable.)
