"Bessie" my 1929 Coupe fired up and moved under power for the first time in ten years. There is a lot to do yet, but hey!

I will need to troubleshoot the fuel/carburetor system. Engine ran fine for a few minutes before starving for fuel and backfiring. Carburetor has been dry for 10 years, so I need to flush it out and replace some gaskets.

The adventure continues.....

Don't forget to flush her out and give her fresh fluids. The old might be okay, but fresh is cheap insurance.

Remembering how to run my 90 year old car with my 71 year old brain has its moments. Twice now, I have started the car and then be puzzled why it died after a few moments. Duh. Turn on the gas! Working on diagnosing some electrical puzzles now.
