Gettysburg Meet Updates For All

There have been some cancelations and there may now be room at the Wyndham and Marriott Courtyard. If interested, people may want to call these hotels to check on availability.

The drive yourself to Hickory Bridge Lunch and Totem Pole Playhouse on Wednesday is sold out. We have 9 spaces available for the bus trip to these events.

The 10:30 – 1:30 movie and Gettysburg battlefield bus trip on Tuesday is almost sold out. If the 10:30-1:30 timeslot is the first preference, you should specify a second choice on their registration form.

I realized last night that I had made my reservations at the Courtyard for the end of this month, not next month. I went on line and was able to get a room, using Marriott points! Lucky me!

My family and I will be there all week, and I am involved in touring class judging. I am wondering how may families are signed up to attend the meet?

I was at that same hotel in Gettysburg last August for the Early Ford V8 Club Eastern National meet. It's a great venue and area to tour in. Have a great meet guys.

there is approx 500 registrations!

Three of us from Canada's Capital A's will be driving down as well as several from the Toronto area. Looking forward to the week and the drive to Gettysburg.
