Default !933 rear spare tire bracket

Rear car spare tire mounting bracket?
What is this called? I have the bracket that bolts to the car and the spare tire is screwed into the lugs. I need to find the hardware, screws needed to bolt this to my car. Also, is there a support under the car to hold this in place.
Strange, but I think I am calling this part wrong because I can;t find anything about it??

The rear spreaded bar under the gas tank valance has the support bracket welded to it. Just look under and you should see it. The valance has the four holes it for the bolts to pass through. Roy Nacewicz should have all the bolts and lock washers.
