Does someone have a part # for '40 hood pivot mounts that attach to the cowl ?
See photo.

Anyone reproduce them ? Thank you.

Bob Drake has them. If you want the hood to actually work as it should--search for some NOS. Only way to get it right.

Russ, the hinges (not cowl mounts) you'd posted a photo of are NOT 1940.
I agree in part to Dak Rat's advice - do seek NOS hinges as they are better than repops. In lieu of hunting down NOS hinges, the repos can and do work well. Be forewarned that they typically require a bit of modification. A little bend of an arm or two - nothing more.
When (if) you buy repops, be certain that each arm moves freely. I have has some in hand wherein the powder finish was applied so poorly that it actually bound the arms.
