Default inner axle shaft seals ??

Help,
I'm going to rebuild my model a rearend and I'm getting the bearing and all for the job. But I can find how the seal will mount on the inner axles or the bells ?
Is it installed before the bearing race is installed ???

Tom Endy has a great article on rebuilding the rear axle, a must read
before doing the rebuild. http://www.ocmafc.org/techarticles/T...0Re-Edited.pdf

You want to install the seals after you have done your preload setup. The big seal goes in the hubs the small (same as drive shaft seal) goes in the tubes and needs to tapped into place and seated.

You will need the special tool that is sold by most model A vendors to install the inner axle seals. As said the inner seals should be the last thing. Set up the differential with old seals still in place.

Thanks to all,
I was thinking the inner seal was to be installed by the inner bearing race, but I see it is installed in the inside the axle housing on the outer side of the housing.
