Question undercarriage on a 31 model a tudor

HI:
Does anyone know what color was on the frame of the car, and the rear cross brace, and the rear cross brace arms the ones that bolt to the frame. I'm trying to find out if it was Black gloss, or black satin.

As in the judging standards book it don't say it just says black but what color black ?.

Thanks let me know

I remember someone posting a list of chassis component finishes a while back. It did break down what was gloss, satin, raven, unfinished, etc. I really thought it was from the standards though.

HI:
No all the standards has is ( B ) for black as they don't have raven, gloss, satin, but they do have the unfinished but they do have all of those down, it's just they don't have them down on what I want like the frame and so on.

And the rear cross brace arms the ones that bolt to the frame, and the rear cross brace itself, as I am looking for what color is the rear cross brace, rear cross brace arms, the middle brake actuary and the emergency brake one too that's in the middle of the frame.

As I would think they would be the same color as the rest of the frame but who knows as if you look at the picture of the late 31 cross brace in the standards, it's painted with gloss black paint just as the car is so what color black am I looking for the frame and the rest of the stuff.

As there is many kinds of different black paint out there in different shades.

Ya, I got looking around today and found the same thing on pg 4-22 revised 2011 as there is another one on pg 4-11 revised 1997 so I found both of them but at first I found the older one.

But thanks for all of your help in this matter. reggiedog
