I just found this in my garage, anyone know where it's from?

hmm.. did they come with multiple front radiators in 1930? It looks different than the one on my 1930

I think the bottom part is missing where the crank goes, cut off?

Its a "WALL UNIT" for a garage, Shell is 1930 and SHOT[ or for a cutdown rat rod] ,Radiator [junk yard "copper price"] headlamps can't tell ya ,might be early chevy 28/29 and if FORD emblem is not ruined just the blue is off then you have about $15.00 bucks worth.+ the copper price. Where is it from ??? I know i did not put it there...l.o.l.

I think somebody was making a fenderless lowboy. with no place to mount the bar he put the lights directly into the conduit holes. The body might have been channeled which would have necessitated the lowering of the radiator/shell. The lights appear non automotive as they aren't prismatic.
