City:
Albuquerque
State:
New Mexico
Price:
$45,900
SOLD 1935 Ford Roadster Here is a rare one. I purchased this car to make a traditional hot rod. With 59k original miles, I just felt it was too clean to modify. The car was also owned by the Kellogg’s family then spent much of its life in various museums and collections. This is a very fun car to drive around. The patina on it is hard to beat, everyone loves it. Here’s a quick rundown: · V8 – 21 Stud that Starts and Runs like a Champ. · 59k Original Miles. · 3sp – Smooth and Nice Shifting. · Mechanical Brakes – Work very well. · All Steel Original Body – Rare Early ’35 Roadster. · All Steel Fenders – No Cracks or Repairs. · Never Been Hit or Patched. Solid Floors and Rumble Area. · Rumble Seat Car – All Original Hard and Soft Parts There. · Clean Chrome – Looks to Have Been Redone. · Absolutely Beautiful Grill. · Olive Paint – One repaint 40+ years old – Cracked and Lifting in Places but Very Cool Looking. Great Patina. · Original Interior – Factory leather on seat back. Seat bottom is recovered/ dyed. · All the Original Oak, Panels, Trim, Covers, Cardboard – Very Cool. · Side Curtains and Boot Top Cover Included – Stained but could be Cleaned Up. · Wing Wind Patterns and Parts are Included - One Glass Pane in Cracked. · The Fuel/ Oil pressure Gauge Doesn’t Work - Disconnected at Firewall. Here are two youtube videos of it starting, running and driving: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_rXJcFLzr4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G4ZSxR3F1K0 I have the title from the previous owner in my possession. It is dated 5/2/10 – I’m just not going to get it titled in my name if it’s going to sell. It has an assigned FL VIN as a '35 roadster. I also found the orig VIN and it is clear, can be registered either way. The car is garaged in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Please feel free to come see it. The car is garaged in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Please feel free to come see it. Everyone always asks about trades. A trade may be possible for a steel running driving hot rod '32 5w or '34 3w, that's about it. Thanks.
