Guys trying to determine if a 39 standard and a 38 deluxe front fenders are interchangeable? Appreciate any information you could share! Thanks

39 standard LH inner fender has holes for supporting the horns.
38 deluxe horns sat under the radiator.
Otherwise pretty much the same.
