Looking to find the bolt torque specs, for the body to frame, mounting bolts.

Re: bolt toeque specs
Ford issued no torque specs for the Model A Ford. Those that are around today have been created by the hobby. Most of them employ the industry standard specs for the size and material of the bolt or screw.
Just tighten the body bolts. They will be fine.

Re: bolt toeque specs
You will probably end up adjusting tension and possibly shims to align hood and doors.

Re: bolt toeque specs
Ford factory made the nuts tight. If you snap one off make it less tight!

Re: bolt toeque specs
It's not easy to know how much to tighten a nut. In the past, I would just tighten every nut as much as I could!
Many years later, I learned to use much less force, but it's still mainly something you just learn. I would try to make them "snug" and not as tight as you can. Marc |

Thank you all for your responses. That will satisfy my concern.
