Vic, I have been "putting off" committing to the 'Barner's Bash because of my health. Didn't know how I would be feeling. As we get closer to the "big" dates, I'm feeling pretty good!

I drove my '32 Ford Tudor from Wilmington, Oh the first of January, just in case we could attend. Well, it looks like Sunday is a "go!" We will have some friends visiting this weekend, but they are leaving early Sunday. So we should be able to catch up with you for the BBQ and Car Show. Sounds like fun!

Warm Regards,
Pat & Candy Fenner

All of what you said is true to an extent but I've promised my wife and she . never really asks for anything - happy wife, happy life! To be truthful, I'm in to doing this stuff and I'm enjoying this project and projects like this in general. I worked a lot with wood before getting into cars, made all kinds of wooden toys, cradles, cabinets, etc - I do a decent job but I am not a cabinetmaker or woodworker per se. I just enjoy working with wood.

Have fun guys - I will be with you in spirit and hopefully I will have my 40 p-up done for next year. I'll have to make the "bed" really nice so I can have a bigger back seat than JM - LOL!

The weather this weekend looks absolutely perfect. Sunny everyday and temps in the 70's. I'm looking forward to my first Barner's Bash and seeing JM's world famous '35 Fordor sedan. I just hope he shares his bounty.

Vic, I was a bit concerned about having enough room for all the girls who need a ride down to the Cigar City Flathead Barner's Bash, so I contacted Siebert, the folks who make limo's, and they have agreed to convert two of my original '35 sedans into stretch limo's . We have two days to get this done, so hopefully all goes well . Here's what they will look like.........

That's too bad that you can't make the Florida "Barner's Bash" this time but, maybe we can meet at the Moonshine Festival in Dawsonville, GA in October.

Sounds like a plan to me. I'll be there. We'll look for free samples!
