Default The new one from germany

Hello!
I´m the the new one from Germany. My city is Essen. I´m 57 years old / jung. Since 1999 I drive Ford Model A; at first a very rare "3-door (1931)", than a right drived roadster (1928). Both cars I sold. Since 2002 I drive a 1927 (!!!) Sportcoupe. It was one of the first Model A Henry built. The parts, I need for this car, I get from Snyders. I have another old car, a "Goggomobil TS 250 Sportcoupe" from 1968 and a motorbike, a "Heinkel Tourist 103 A2" from 1961.
Please excuse me for my "not so good" English!
Best regards from Germany, Tommy

my A. Like where you put it.
Nice color too.

Welcome to the Barn. This place is indeed a wealth of knowledge. Ask away, no question is too basic or trivial. Wayne

Guten Tag, Glad to see your information and photos. I was fortunate to visit an "Old Timers" show in Ulm several years ago on a business trip. I still have a few things I purchased there. I think driving a Model A on the country roads is far better than the Autobahn and you brought back many good memories of many trips to Germany, Danke

Welcome aboard, you will find MANY here who can accurately answer most any question you may have concerning mechanical info and Ford Motor Company history as well. I for one would be interested in your engine, chassis numbers, and/or firewall dates as well. Again, WELCOME to a great site and many great Model A'ers. Jim Langley...

Welcome to Fordbarn. Das ist ein sehr schönes Auto. Your English is far better than my Deutsch. I will be in Deutschland next year auf dem Rhine river. (pardon my mixing English and German - it is what I can remember from high school classes). Enjoy your Model A!

Welcome Tommy. I was very close to your home town last Thursday when I visited Wassenberg, Mönchengladbach, Krefeld and Weeze; all places that I lived in over the years. Perhaps next time I'll try to get over to Essen to see your beautiful car.
