a guy Member Join Date: Jun 2010 Posts: 53	Connecticut 1928 License Plates A friend gave me a set of 1928 Ct license plates for my 1928 A. They needed to be restored - rust, paint poor etc. I think the correct background is black. Not sure if flat, semi-gloss, or gloss. Numbers are white. Not sure if reflective. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
