Here are some pages from Macs catalog that shows the grilles for all the Ford cars from 1932 to 1948.

Depending on year an model, there are also the Fords built in Canada and the UK to deal with since there are a few differences over the years. The Mac's catalog charts are generally for US only.

How much is it worth? I am going to have it for sale at the Tri Cities Swap Meet in Kennewick, Washington on May 4, 2019.

Has some minor damage in the grill part but I think it can be repaired?

Being steel it might be a repop.I think originals are diecast.There is one on EBAY at $200 and not selling.

Here is a picture of a New Old Stock Die-cast 1941 Ford Grille.

Here are a pair of the small outer grilles as were fitted to the Australian 1941 Ford Utes that were converted from Sedans for Military use. Notice that these are made of pressed steel. Maybe they were more rugged than the Cast Grille pieces that were used on the Sedans?

So what I have is surly not die-cast but pressed steel.

Not positive ,but there may have been two grilles in '41. One die cast and one stamped steel. If you notice the stamped steel grille has the Ford script. I doubt that Ford would have let some aftermarket company use their script.

Second generation original Ford. Might have the P/N on the back side of the top cast piece. Because of the war effort he was using less pot metal to form them. The second generation side grills were made by several suppliers and have varying degrees of difference. Sides were also made by some aftermarket suppliers in cast aluminum. Any other questions, let me know. The stamped steel, pot metal grills aren't as pretty or detailed as the cast but can be a less expensive alternative. Depending on any defects they go from about $125 on up.

1941 was the first year of the three different trim levels Super Deluxe, Deluxe, and Special. The lower trim levels may have had steel parts but I don't know for certain. Ford changed trim designs several times in the 1941 model year. Canadian production for domestic and commonwealth sales also likely went through changes with differences from US made cars.

my 41 had all 3 pieces stamped steet replaced with diecast sold all 3 steel pieces for $75 and there were fairly straight painted
