I'm back... time to get back to work
Hi everyone. I am slowly getting back to my 54 ford coupe after a few years off. I have been tied up with a 55 Dodge pickup that I got with my dad. I got her cleaned up and back together and have been enjoying her for the last year or so. After I get the 56 Hemi installed in her shortly, I will be back to work on the Ford. My goal is to have her running by this time next year so the wife and I can both drive a car to Viva Las Vegas next year.
On my coupe, I have done a frame off. Added rack and pinion, discs with Granada spindles, dropped the spring buckets up front. Grabbed a roller 302 and AOD. Out back added Posies super slide springs, 8.8 with 3.55 limited slip and disc brakes. I really need to get the rest of the frame finished up such as brake lines and such. Put the engine and trans together and focus on the mechanical items. Bodywork and such are at the bottom of the list at this point.

I like the 54, had one that body style sold in 71 should have kept. Good luck on the project.
