Default Outer Door Handle Removal

How do you remove the outer door handle on a ‘46 Coupe. I have the inner panel removed, and can’t see any obvious bolts clips etc that secures the assembly in the door. I removed the screw that is in the rear edge of the door, but that didn’t release it. I have two ‘44 and up Body Parts books but nothing is shown.
