Default 30/31 Open Car deluxe Windshield posts

I am wondering what might be a source for replacing missing Deluxe windshield post parts --- specifically the two round steel cups that fit in each post. Is this an available item, or must I fabricate something to work?

there not as good as the original ones... sometimes it pays to look for a cheap beat up set of stanchions and if the cups are good then there you go...
