Question 31 steering wheel.

Has anyone replaced the steering wheel on a 31 coupe for more leg room? I could use a couple more inches of legroom so I can get to the clutch faster. I am 6ft 4. Thanks Johnny

I have the long leg problem too. My 30 roadster had one of the early (Jan 30) steering columns installed. I replaced it with the later versions which is 1 inch longer than the early version. Rough numbers... early 45", late 46'. The change fixed it for me.
