Default 337 flathead running

Found this video posted a couple of days ago, seems like parts would be even harder to get for these.

I wonder how many hot rods were built with one of those?
I had one( not much more than boat anchor) till a friend of mine wanted it, so I gave it to him.

When I was in college, a couple of the "local yokels" decided it would be a good idea to put one of these in a '53 Ford Tudor. Since they were "transmissionally challenged", they decided to use the Hydramatic that came with it. The whole thing was so heavy that the suspension went right down on the bumpers as soon as they set it in the car. They couldn't get it running, so a friend and I went to help them out. A quick perusal of the situation convinced us there were better uses for our time.

This one sounds nice. I wonder how fast the "Muntz Jet" was with it's Lincoln 337 flathead?

They are heavy and mileage can scare you...
The same amount smaller a 60hp is compared to a 8ba the 337 is bigger...a friend bought the last i had and it still sits under his workbench in search for a tough enough car to carry it
