Default Seats

I need help identifying a pair of seats sold to me as 1940 2 door sedan, I could not use them, 46 inches wide, someone read my post, thought they were for a 1937. The front seats back fold down, rear is like a bench seat, also a tag attached to bottom of seat ? 8A-705448 and S6wp20, thanks

Seat is 37-39. I think Ben38 is correct about the handle which identifies it as a 38.
