Default Searching for a 94 fuel leak

I swear there was something posted on here recently about leaking jet plug in the fuel bowl, but I can't seem to find it doing a search. Recently rebuilt a 94 with Charlie's help on the throttle shaft. The carb starts and runs great, but there is a small fuel weep around the one of the jet plugs in the fuel bowl. The gaskets are new, all the surface look good, what should I be looking for ? Thank you Fordbrainers.

Some of the new production gaskets I have seen have a rough surface that I needed to sand smooth with fine sandpaper-- I used 400 grit

Russ,
Those leaks are a pain. On my full rebuilds if I get a weeper I use Delrin
gaskets that I make. Email me your address and I'll shoot some to you.

Thank you for your responses. Nice to know it may not be the casting or plugs, but something as simple as a gaskets.

The plugs and bosses in bowl were fine. I believe it was the gasket. One of the plugs was weeping, and that gasket had a small scratch in it from the inside ID to the outside ID. I could see it clearly with the loupe.
Replaced the gasket, and used a little Mercruiser "Perfect Seal" on the both sides of the gasket. No more weeping. Perfect seal is gasoline resistant, and I have used in marine applications you years. Thank you once again to all the Fordbrainers.
