Very cool.

We did something similar years ago on a slow day at the shop with a twin cylinder 2 stroke Yamaha. Took 1 of the heads off and fired it up. We connect an adjustable advance timing light and by changing the setting we could "Stop" the piston at different positions. You could actually see the droplets of fuel in the ports. Fun times.

Thanks for sharing and bringing back a long forgotten memory.
