Default need help on shock absorbers

I have been cleaning some shock absorber bolts and found several i dont know which car/year they fit
the first and largest head is obviously a model A,but what do the two smaller sized headed bolts fit
ive got several different guesses .several have suggested early V8s used the smaller head
the shank length and thread 7/16-20 is the same as the Model A
any help or direction you can point me to would help
thanks
tom

The variation in the second two is likely well within allowable manufacturing variance and therefore they would not be uniquely different application wise, which was '33 at least through '37. '32s were an exception in that hex head bolts were used originally.

thank you for the replies
since they are forgings ,I think the dies would have to be different
Im very familiar with the Model A size, but have maybe ten of the smaller size ,and have been told they were early V8
and i have no idea what the early V8s used
how do i get a hold of roys book?
thanks Tom

As indicated above, the '32 shocks were attached with 7/16-20 x 1 1/8" hex head bolts, part number 20411. The head width was 5/8". The '33+ bolt was the same shank and thread size, but was a special bolt because of the offset forged head. Its part number was 305605.
