Default Rebuilt '39 Transmission quiz. How many issues can you find?

So after 2 months of seeing this transmission on an upcoming local auction, I won with a modest online bid. I identified from the pictures posted that this was a 1939 transmission given its clutch release arm. When I picked it up the serial number confirmed my suspicions, an early in production 1939 vehicle used this transmission. Someone rebuilt it using this nifty stand and then it sat for who knows how long. After a quick soap and water rinse I've found some obvious issues and one that made me look at repeatedly till I got out an extra part and Mac Van Pelts excellent transmission book. So now the quiz, how many things can you find wrong on this 1939 transmission??
