Default Stromberg 48 Rebuild Cost

I've recently purchased a 48 carb for my 35 restoration and am wondering what
the approximate cost might be to have it professionally rebuilt.

That is worst case: Many missing or seized parts and sometimes having to replace float.
It's not impossible to dump $100 in parts and 3 or 4 hours in one...

Uncle Max has done several Stromberg's for me over the years
and all worked like new with very little adjustment. G.M.

Cost is not a problem when you get a quality product. Uncle Max did mine maybe 4 yrs. ago Put it on and runs like a top, only had to adjust idle speed.

Hey Peter, this is very simple deal. I sent a turd and got a diamond in return, lightening quick. Don't think, just address the package to 1173 South 1100 East, Salt Lake City, Utah 84105 U.S.A. He'll let you know the charges in the box when it comes back!
