firewall holes
On my 29 CCPU there is a hole in the firewall for a vacuum line. The 82A only had a hand powered windshield wiper. Were the firewalls manufactured, then all holes drilled out all the same, then assembled into the cowls of each model car and truck? Or did someone just drill another hole in my firewall sometime in the last 83 years?

Re: firewall holes
The hole is factory, there is usually a little brass cover snapped into it.
