My great uncle and my grandfather worked for the elgin piston pin company. These pictures are at my great grandmothers house a few years after the race. They used the car for a parts runner when he worked there. No idea what happened to the car, it was gone when he returned from WWII

Thats the same car airbore in the first picture of the artical.

About 20 years ago one turned up at Hershey restored in its race car version i think lettered Cote Ford
